PLAINGAMES RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Plaingames, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality clothing and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right, which is why we offer a flexible and fair return and exchange policy. Please read the following policy carefully to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- It must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains, perfumes, or pet hair.
- The original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied a return or exchange at our discretion.
2. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Support – Email us at support@plaingames.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Return Authorisation – If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
- Package Your Item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging or a similar protective package.
- Ship the Item – Send the package using a trackable shipping method. Plaingames is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
- Processing Time – Returns are processed within 7 business days of receiving the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
4. Exchange Policy
If you need a different size, colour, or style, we offer exchanges subject to availability. The exchange process follows these steps:
- Request an Exchange – Contact us at support@plaingames.com.au with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.
- Check Availability – If the desired item is in stock, we will reserve it for you while we wait for your return.
- Send Back the Original Item – Follow the return process above.
- Receive Your New Item – Once we receive and inspect your return, we will ship your exchange within 3 business days.
- If the Item is Out of Stock – If your preferred exchange item is unavailable, we will offer a store credit or refund.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or full refund. Faulty item claims must include clear photos of the defect and a description of the issue.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed as follows:
- Original Payment Method – Refunds will be credited back to the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Store Credit Option – You may opt for store credit instead of a refund, which can be used for future purchases.
- Processing Time – It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Shipping Costs – Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.
7. Store Credit & Gift Cards
If you opt for store credit, it will be issued as a digital gift card that does not expire. Store credit can be used on any item on our website and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. International Returns
For customers outside Australia:

9. Change of Mind Policy
If you change your mind about a purchase, you are eligible for a store credit or exchange, provided the item meets all return conditions. Refunds for change-of-mind returns are not available.
10. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped.
- Once an order is shipped, it must go through the standard return process.
